Experience the Magic of Self-Discovery, Community, and Connection to Art

Do you feel like something is missing, but you can't quite put your finger on what it is?

Your Image

Do you wake up every morning feeling with the whisper that there's something missing in your life? Maybe you feel like you're going through the motions, but deep down, you know that something is off. You might feel uninspired and stuck, like you're not living up to your full potential. Or maybe you feel like you are taking care of so many people and things but not taking enough care of your own needs.

But you do know, deep down, there’s more to life than this.

The feeling that something is missing is a yearning—a yearning for something deeper. Something truer. Something more real.

What do you yearn for?

Do you yearn to better know who you are so that you can live more authentically and confidently, without the weight of doubts and insecurities holding you back?

Do you yearn for a community of compassionate and understanding support as you make positive changes towards the more fulfilled life that you want?

Do you yearn to feed your soul with connection, love, art, and fresh energy so that you can feel a new sense of vitality and curiosity?

Introducing the Art Connection Circle...

Your Image

If you answered yes to any of the above questions—if you are yearning for deep bonds with yourself, others, and/or art, you are warmly invited to join the Art Connection Circle.

The Art Connection is an intimate group program where we look at meaningful art and participate in a variety of introspective activities in community. The group program weaves together art appreciation, self development, and compassionate creativity to create a powerful program of self discovery, intimate community, and deep connection to the human spirit.

The Art Connection Circle is an invitation to find your truth, know yourself and build relationships that go beyond the surface.

Through the engaging and insightful activities and discussions in this program, you will discover:

What your most aligned and beautiful life looks and feels like

What essences you aspire to feel in your life and how to infuse them into your life today

What your core values and beliefs are and how you can use them to feel happier and more fulfilled

What are your limiting beliefs and stories that control how you see the world and how can you adopt more supportive beliefs about your life

How to connect with and be vulnerable with a group of loving and compassionate people dedicated to their own personal development

By discovering these aspects of yourself through the Art Connection Circle, you will gain clarity on your life path, increase your happiness and fulfillment, and connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

In this program, you will uncover all of these things about yourself through an innovative, fun, and connected experience centered around works of art intentionally curated to fit each topic.

Although you will learn a lot about art in this program and how to connect with it, the most important part of an artwork is you. Your energy. Your ideas. Your feelings and memories. In the Art Connection Circle, you will learn how to harness the power of art to reflect on your life and discover your unique path forward.

This is a program like none you have ever experienced, and words cannot convey the magic and energy that comes from bringing vulnerable and courageous people together around a work of art. You don't have to be an "art person" to get immense personal value and deep connection to art and others from this unique program.

You are not alone.

Connection to others is one of our most foundational human needs, but many of us are afraid of the vulnerability needed to create those deep connections. For past members of the Art Connection Circle, they unanimously agreed that the connections with fellow participants was their favorite part of the entire experience.

From hearing different viewpoints that help you look at the world differently to seeing people model bravery and vulnerability with their shares, you'll connect to others in a way you didn't even think was possible.

What happened when they joined the Circle...

Bridget King

ART TEACHER, IDAHO, USA

"When I joined the Circle, I was at a point where I was searching for some kind of connection. I was feeling very lost. I felt like I wasn't reaching people, and I felt like people weren't reaching me. I have never felt more connected to a group of people through a screen than I have through the Art Connection Circle. The kind of connection that I got through the Art Connection Circle gives me hope and shows me that it is possible for me to make deep connections with people this way. And I learned that I'm not alone."

ART TEACHER, EL SALVADOR

"I went into the Circle promising myself that I was not going to share about my recent cancer. I wasn't ready. But when Cindy put the first artwork up on day one, it spoke to me so loudly I cried. The art helped me connect with a part of me that was not ready. Art opened a door that was not there before. The art made it easier to talk about my story, and it was met with encouragement and loving kindness from the group. I learned that I can heal, and that art heals."

Art Connection is for Everyone.

Art is nothing to be afraid of. Looking at and discussing art in a fun and interactive way guided by an expert facilitator within a safe and connected community can offer you insight on how you process emotions. It can show you where you stand in your own personal development and help you uncover what is truly important in your life.

Looking at art is not just an exercise in experiencing beauty or learning history. Art serves as a thermometer for your life and a window into your true self.

Art Connection Circle Weekly Sessions

The Art Connection Circle is a place to explore our own intimate connection with ourselves through our interactions with art and each other. In this group, Cindy leads participants through interactive (and fun!) art interpretation and connection activities designed to teach you about yourself, help you understand your values and beliefs, feel your feelings, and connect with other like-minded people. You'll be surprised how deep the conversation gets in such an easy and natural way. Words cannot truly capture the power and magic of this program.

In addition to talking about art, the sessions include a variety of interesting activities including guided visualizations, creative writing, artmaking, small group breakout rooms, and other engaging activities. Each session is different and something to look forward to.

"I was really surprised at how deep we were able to get in such a short time. It’s amazing how a piece of artwork can really transition you into so many other aspects to think about, whether it's the art, your life or someone else's, or what's happening in the world."

Facebook Community

Connect with your peers outside of the live sessions in our private Facebook group. This space is completely optional and will be used as a space to share inspiration and new artworks, showcase your own work, and celebrate aha moments and insights gained in the day to day.

I am honoured to have Cindy as my coach and to know I have someone in my corner supporting me in seeing and realizing my worth, potential, and goals."

Cherish the Moment Just for You

Amanda Dale
YOUTUBER, TEXAS, USA

The further along we went in the program, the more protective I got over that time and space for myself. There’s always people around me—my husband and kids—so it became important for me to carve out that time and say “No, this is me. Y’all go away.” That gave me the peace to really say what I want to say without any interruptions.

What People are Saying

Your Image

Jules Gardner

WI CERTIFIED PEER SPECIALIST

"Cindy is truly excellent at creating a safe space for the group to share, explore, and feel heard. I was never worried that I was going to say the wrong thing or that I couldn't say something that I wanted to say because of how it would be reacted to. That safe space allowed us to create deep bonds."

Gwen Evseichik

MUSEUM DOCENT, WISCONSIN, USA

"The self-awareness I gained from the Art Connection Circle was profound. I realized how important it is for my actions to line up with my values and also what a strong hold past voices have on how I think about myself now. In the safe and non-judgemental space of the circle, I learned to always be true to myself."

Who is the Art Connection Circle for?

Your Image

Monica Parraga

ART TEACHER, EL SALVADOR

"Anybody, just anybody, would benefit from the Art Connection Circle. They don't have to be part of the art community. Artists. Non-artists. The young. The old. If you can see and feel, that's all you need."

When I asked the past participants of the Art Connection Circle who they would recommend the program to, they all unanimously said ANYONE. It is not just for "art people." The program is for anyone, of all ages and backgrounds, who holds a deep desire for meaningful connection.

Anyone seeking a deeper connection and understanding with themselves, other people, and the human spirit as a whole.

Anyone with the courage and willingness to be vulnerable and share intimately with the group.

Anyone who needs a moment to themselves and the space and time to explore the inner workings of their heart, mind, and spirit.

Anyone who is curious about the power of connecting with works of art, regardless of their art knowledge or experience. No prior knowledge or experience is expected or required.

Meet Cindy

Connecting with works of art and crafting innovative learning activities are Cindy’s superpowers, and she has dedicated her life to bringing the magic of art connection to others. A former art museum educator and art teacher, Cindy has supported teachers and their students through her work as founder and CEO of Art Class Curator since 2014. Cindy is passionate about taking art out of dark, stuffy lecture halls and out of the pretentious gatekeeping of “fine art” and into the hearts, minds, and lives of everyone.

Cindy delights in all things science, philosophy, art, and psychology and in being unironically excited about thoughts, ideas, and feelings. In this program, Cindy combines her art and teaching expertise with her obsession of philosophy, personal development, and coaching to create a unique take on both how to engage with art and how to use art as a tool for self discovery, clarity, and action.
